$4,000,000. Each sub market has a range of ‘fair market fees’.

Synergy’s policy is that our clients always pay a fair market fee. Fees offer value for money to our Vendor client and also incentivise the selling agents.

We guarantee that our clients receive value for money and will not ever pay an over market fee structure.
