Our role is to assess your property, interview, engage and supervise the best Agents; adding an additional layer of advice to MAXIMISE YOUR SALE PRICE.

In fact, our job is to independently represent you and communicate between you and the engaged Selling Agent – in most circumstances we have no direct contact with the actual purchaser. 

Best of all, our professional fees are derived from the Agents normal selling costs. There are no additional fees paid when you use Synergy to manage the sale of your property.
